ubuntu 12.04, 13.04 까지만해도 별다른 설정 없이 virtual box에서 우분투가 꽤나 빠르게 실행이 되었는데,

14.04 에서는 굉장히 느리게 돌아간다. 심하게 버벅거려서 작업을 실시간으로 하기 힘들 정도다.

인터넷에 찾아보니 VGA와 관련한 시스템 성능을 좀 많이 주니까 괜찮아지더라.

CPU: 프로세서 2개, VT-X/AMD-V

VGA: 3D 가속사용, *비디오 메모리 128M사용*

VGA 가 굉장히 주요하게 시스템 성능에 작용하더라.

컴퓨터 성능이 좋지 못한 컴퓨터에서 우분투를 이용하려면 14.04보다 낮은 버전을 이용하는게 좋아보인다.

오늘 인바디를 재보니까 하체가 평균보다 좋은 정도고 상체가 평균 100을 기준으로 왼팔 오른팔 각각 91, 94 정도를 기록했다.

학교에서 측정한 인바디 결과(꽤나 밸런스 있게 고루 잘 나와서...)랑 약간 달라서 이게 아닐거야...(?!) 라고 믿고 있었는데, 하체, 상체 중량을 들어보니까 오히려 이게 더 맞는것 같다.

나는 하체보다 상체가 강하다 생각했는데 중량을 들어보니까 확연하게 하체가 강했음.

상체는 리얼 십호구 급인데, 아무래도 그립 잡을때 손이 쓸려서 아픈거 + 전완근이 버티지 못해서 더이상 당기지 못하는 것. (미는거보다 중량이 낮음, 심지어 미는 운동에서도 낮은데...더심함 ^_ㅠ) 

나름 고등학교 때 팔씨름 꽤나 잘하는 축에 든거같은데 노력이 필요한듯.

또 약한 와중에도 왼쪽과 오른쪽 파워가 달라서 왼쪽이 너무 빠르게 피로해져서 바벨같이 밸런스를 맞춰야 하는 기구에 어려움이 있음.

당장 정상적으로 몸통, 가슴, 이두, 삼두 운동을 하기 위해서는 전완근 (악력?) 을 꽤나 키워야할거 같다는 느낌이 듦.

그래서 악력기와 그립 장갑을 사기로 결정했다.
